the hotel upgraded us to a better hotel when our room got double booked. i appreciated that the area was safe and quiet. the staff were very nice and willing to help.
the coffee machine provided only one small coffee per person. often just green tea was available. i also found the pillows uncomfortable, causing me a sore and stiff neck.

my room, a triple room, was quite nice. it was spacious and clean. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions.
the location was a bit far from the main attractions. public transport was necessary and took about 30 minutes. the room service was inconsistent. one day, my room wasn't cleaned at all.

The staff was friendly, and the reception was open 24 hours. the rooms were cleaned daily, and toiletries were replenished. We loved this. the hotel was located well. Main bus stops to the town and the airport were within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. the room had a coffee machine, a nice touch.
I had to ask three times for an extra pillow. maintenance work occurred early in the morning, not allowing us to sleep. I booked breakfast, but it wasn't included. it would have been nice to have breakfast for one day though.
